What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

I go to Kent State for Criminal Justice and I'm in ROTC and next year I have to sign a contract with the army to stay in ROTC. My criminal record was a little messed up from when I was younger but its been clean for 3 years now. I have two thefts, two underage drinking and an obstruction. So this might affect me enlisting in the Army because recruiters told me 3 misdemeanors were the max. I could maybe get a waiver since I have 5.

The question I'm trying to ask is If the judge legally could expunge maybe just one thing off my recorded even though I have the same charges more than once? He was an officer in the Army himself, so maybe he would help me out..?

Only the first offenders are eligible for a court hearing on sealing their records. If yo have multiple offenses (at different times) it will be near impossible.

The military and government security will see those offenses even if sealed.

What about a pardon from my state? Even if I had one thing dropped from my recorded I could get into the military! What are my chances? How long should I wait to apply, and How to do I even get started? Can I do it by myself or do I need to hire an attorney?
