Anyways since discussing the personal relevence of my case the moderator has locked my post. Althought i didnt discuss anything that would have been relevence to the pd or sherrifs office i want my post unlocked, I was interested in appeals, and i believe i have the basis of obtaining one.
On a side note, why i am concerned with this is couse not only did she intentionaly lie (she said she never knew me, i can obtain school documents that say i had her for two classes) SHe intentionaly lied to get the restraining order to have me moved from my residence, although being that i believe i won, being that its just a no conact order, i thought the legal ramifications would be mild at best none. Upon application with the department of corrections they said i was DQ'd couse of a restraining order that doesnt let me obtain, use a firearm, AND THIS IS JUST TO TAKE THE TEST, i wasnt allowed to go throught the background process. On a side note everything else about me is good, credit, criminal , ect. The only thing besides the restraining order on my record is a driving without a LN five yrs ago wich was dropped to a infraction. Considering a appeal but am scared that the appeals court might make it a permanent order if i lose.
