What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kentucky

My wife (we are currently married) wants to move from "City A" to "City B", which is just a shade more than an hour away.

We have 3 children in our home. Two are biologically mine and we have another daughter born as a result of an affair. This town would be a 1/2 way point between where the father lives and us. He currently lives about 3 & 1/2 hours away, and he would then move to "City B" as well. I won't go into the whole situation, but I view the situation as highly risky to our current family. She does not. We both have our reasons.

However, she did say she would be willing to sign a contract that if we were to divorce, then I would be able to move with the kids back to "City A". She would then move back to "City A" as well. I'm not viewing it as any type of leverage to keep us married. If a divorce happens, it would be bad, but it happens. Moving back to "City A" rather to protect my children from what I think could be a bad situation if we were to divorce and all the other parties involved (some I haven't mentioned in the thread) were still in "City B".

Could such a contract be legally enforceable? If so, what kind of limitations would there be (e.g. contract only enforceable for X amount of time, etc.)

He is on the birth certificate, but it hasn't been established like me taking a paternity test. Situation w/ the new baby is still fairly "fresh".

It actually was not legal to put anyone besides YOU, the husband and presumed legal father, on the BC. Someone needs to initiate a court action to disestablish you as the legal father and establish the right guy.
