What is the name of your state? UT.
I recently found out that the company/person who I have a judgement against may have a physical office in a shared office space(like the WeWork concept)
Can a writ of execution be done on an office which may be some kind of shared office space?
If so, how are the company assets distinguished from other companies assets if everyone is sharing everything like some kind of hippie commune.
Would companies unconnected to him but occupying the same space have to prove they own things in the office by like showing a receipt to a sheriff?
Seems like thing might get award in this situation with possible collateral damage. Any ideas?
Thanks
