Can an "Order Granting Writ of Habeas Corpus" be used to grant a motion to reduce bond? If so, can conditions such as "Report once a week to the County Community Supervision and Corrections Dept." be attached to the writ when the accused is neither on parole or probation? What about "Undergo alcohol and drug testing and evaluation"? Neither was involved with the charge he is accused of, nor had he ever been arrested for being on alcohol or drugs. Can he be immediately rearrested for
"Failure to Follow Community Supervision" after going there and failing the test. He was not sent to a rehab for evaluation.
