my husband signed an agreement for him paying me back for certain things,like my windshield he broke. I wrote a visitation agreement until we go to custody court on march 5, that he has signed and not broken. he hasn
t given money except 200.oo at x-mas and he bought her a couple items of clothes a couple days ago. I didn
t know I could have him sign a temporary support agreement.help

you are right. hoping someone else had advice.here is a question, how long could a divorce take if he wouldn't sign a separation agreement. he owes me and he needs to own up to responsibility.

Trisha you need to file in a court. You will get a tempp order that is binding and if he doesn't pay there are ways to garnish his pay. Go run fast see a lawyer.
