I was involved in an auto accident and the other party doesnt have insurance. They are willing to pay the damages. I need to meet with them to go over payment arrangements and I would like to draw up a written agreement for everyone to sign but i am not sure on how to do that. Also, do I need to have it notorized or anything for proof. I just would like to back myself up incase things get really messed up and I need to bring them to court. Please help... thank you!
