What is the name of your state? TX

Hello this is my second post today. Sorry. The CP and NCP do not communicate throught phone. They only communicate through writing. Does everything need to be done through certified mail when dealing with visitation, special events , or regular communication? If CP did visitation in certified mail and everything else in reg mail would that be okay if copies are saved of all letters? Or would a judge only look at what is sent certified mail?

If the relationship is that broken then yes, certify everything and keep your receipts.

Better yet, in case one of them says fraud (that they got a different letter than what is presented to judge) is to have a process server to serve the letter and keep a file for you of what she served. That is what I have to do.

All certified mail proves is that something was sent. It does not prove content.

Wonder why there is no phone communication and only written?? Wonder if its the same reason my Ex and I only communicate by email/letters. His new wife demands that everything be done in writing so SHE can see everything and have control. Is that you too??? Mind you I am only asking this question because based on all your other posts, you and your husband seem to be out to screw Mom every chance you can get.

I dont know where you get off about screwing mom. That is not the objective. We are very pro mom with my SD. Everything is in writing because mom can not have a conversation with my husband with out bringing SD in it. To avoid that they do it in writing. Do not act like you know what the whole story is. if you knew....you would say anything
