I just bought a used car and have a written contract that states all the repairs that they agreed to do as a condition of buying the vehicle. They have not done any repairs since the date of contract 8/17/05, and are giving me a hard time. The manager even hung up on me while trying to resolve the issue. What can I do? Do I have the right to sue and issue a complaint against the company? If I sue, what law is going to help me with that?
