On may we was checking her credit report and we see a Derogatory of 67dlls,
I call the collection agency and they told me that we never pay that bill, so I told them that we never receive a bill, they said that they send 3 bills to 3508 N 35st, so I told him that our address his 3908N 35st, We paid that bill in that time, but they told me that they can't delete any thing from my wife's credit report.
I call the hospital and the adm clerk told me the same thing, but, she send me a copy of the registration, and my address is very clear like 3908, but they don't want admit that error,

Pretty clear. Pay the bill. Ask the creditor to correct the negative report. If they don't, then you can simply file a 'dispute' with the reporting agency and include a note as to what happened. The note will be included in your profile.

File a dispute, show your proof that you paid that time.

So the thought never came to you "Gee, we haven't gotten a bill from the hospital, I should call and find out what happened to it".

That's a bunch of bunk. If they are indeed in error, they MAY correct the report. However, YOU have to initiate the investigation by contacting the credit reporting agency (Experian, TransUnion, etc).

I call the hospital and the adm clerk told me the same thing, but, she send me a copy of the registration, and my address is very clear like 3908, but they don't want admit that error,
Clerical errors do not negate a debt that is owed. If you HAVE paid the debt, show proof of payment both to the collection agency and to the hospital. That SHOULD clear it up, if not, when you do file a dispute with the credit reporting agency, include proof of payment. Proof of payment could include a copy front and back of a check, credit card statement showing payment, or receipt of payment from the hospital or the collection agency. It is up to you to prove that you've paid, not for the collection agency to prove that you haven't. They are regulated by both State and Federal requirements.

So OP, which is it? You've paid or you haven't paid?
