Hi, I am having trouble using this site first of all. All I am trying to find out is if I may have a case. A pharmacist gave me the wrong dose of medicine which made me go through withdrawal because of it. She had the right miligrams on the bottle, but it was a much lower dose in the bottle. I just don't think she should be allowed to keep making mistakes either. Can I do anything to her or the drugstore I purchased it from? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you!

What you describe is MALPRACTICE, and the real issue is the damages you sustained -- long term and short -- done by the wrong dosage.

Post it under Malpractice, give your state and set out the nature of the harm you suffered.
