Have learned much from this forum. Did notice that no one has addressed the issue of wrongful death and how difficult this process can be.
Even though we have several docs that have written and agree to testify (if needed) and support of ER notes and family witnesses....those hospital docs are a tough bunch. For those of you considering a suit, you need to know going in, it is going to be very difficult, emotionally and financially.
We are still moving along, despite the roadblocks and problems the other side has set up for us as we still know, we are doing the right thing. Keep this in mind if you consider a lawsuit....
