my husband was terminated in an at will state (VA) for improprities with his position. They have since accused him of theft that they can not prove (he did not take the item in question). And to top that off they are trying to file criminal charges against him. And what really gets me at this point is that they had our group insurance canceled on the 12th of this month with no notice to us (they have over 20 employees -- can we spell COBRA) when our premiums were already paid through the 30th of this month. Do we have a chance? And where do we find a law firm in this state to take our case?
