I WAS RECENTLY TERMINATED FROM MY JOB OUT OF THE BLUE! THE REASONS LISTED FOR MY TERMINATION WERE ALL CONCIDERED MINOR OFFENCES IN THE EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK. THE CORRECTIVE BEHAVIOR PROCESS LISTED IN THE HANDBOOK STATES THAT AFTER THE FIRST INCIDENT THE EMPLOYEE SHALL RECIEVE VERBAL COUNCILING, THE SECOND INCIDENT CALLS FOR A WRITTEN WARNING, THE THIRD INCIDENT CALLS FOR A FINAL WRITTEN WARNING AND THE EMPLOYEE MUST CREATE A WRITTEN PERSONNAL COMMITMENT TO IMPROVE TO MAINTAIN EMPLOYMENT. THE FOURTH INCIDENT STATES DISCHARGE- CONTINUED UNACCEPABLE BEHAVIOR MAY RESULT IN FURTHE CORRECTIVE ACTIONS UP TO AND INCLUDING DISCHARGE.
