My daughter was suspended when a child thought my daughter was asking her out and thought my daughter was incinuating that she was gay My daughter is innocent and due to a language barrier this girl misunderstood my daughters question "Do you like me?" I need legal advise as my daughter was wrongfully suspended because this girl told everyone in the class my daughter called her gay

Second, there is a ton more to this story. I know of no other case where one student asking another student that question... whether it was as a potential date or not... caused a suspension.
