i want to know if there are any laws including "intimidation" in the determination that a working condition was hostile and can be associated with wrongful termination in new mexico.

Harrassment is in many forms. Intimidation, hostile work environment are a couple of them. Did you report this to anyone? Were teh parties creating the hostile environment warned?
