In January of 1999, I was struck by a forklift at work (lower back injury). I returned to light duty work in April of 1999. On June 1st,1999 I was terminated while still on light duty. I was told that due to economic conditions my job position was deleted. Two months later they hired someone for the same position. In July 1999, I went to a second Doctor. After going through more tests, it turns out I need to have a spinal fusion. Do I have a case?
