Yesterday my husband was fired because he was said to have sexually harassed someone at work. On Friday of last week he was written up at work for this matter and was told if it ever happened again he would be fired! On Sat. he went to work he was reported again for this same matter, suspended until yesterday and then fired! The problem I have with this is that he was never told who he was to have done this to or what he even said to this person except for "good morning beautiful" and winked at htis person! My husband swears he did not say this and he is not the kind of person to talk like that. My question is can they fire him on only one persons word because everyone else at his place of work says they never heard him say anything to this person?
