I was accused of molesting my daughter wich is not true. The child protective sevices took my daughter to get an evaluation and their results were "Inconclusive" but of course...because I didn't do anything. Now they want to minimize my visitation rights and I have a meeting with the meterator to sit down with the ex and they are going to restrict my visitation to supervised visitation can they do this even though the detective that investigated this found there wasn't enough evidence and the CPS results were "INCONCLUSIVE"????The ex hasn't been able to keep a job since we've divorces and is hurting for money and I know if she gets full custody she will get more money from me.

Please Help

Good luck, my husband was accussed of molesting his three children (2 girls and one boy) during the course of a divorce, and guess what? She won! She was awarded everything, two homes he owned before they met, his money and very high child support. He was advised by his attorney to plea bargain because she and her family was well known in the community. Not wanting too but with no other choice he did plea bargain. His life has been all down hill since. Attended UGA could not concentrate, diagnoised with post traumatic stress syndrome. Tried to find a job turned down because of his record. WE married and transfer to SC was delayed until he was at his breaking point and went off the deep end. He is now serving 10 years in prision for failure to report on probation. For 32 weeks he disappeared and even went by another name, on exisiting by doing odd jobs for food and a place to stay. The stress from it all has taken its toll. He says he sold his sould to the devil by taking the plea bargain. Be very careful and hire you a top notch attorney to help you. Do not under any circumstance try to handle this on your on. My husbands ex has told me she would take $100,000 for the children and testify that the Georgia Family Services pushed her into doing this, unfortunately I do not have that kind of money or would do it in a minute! Good Luck! Please proceed with caution!
