What is the name of your state? NH My x husband quit his job and went off to start his own business. He is now taking me back to court to have my child support modified because he claims that he is making less money now,which I know is not true but business is in girlfriends name too so it will be hard to prove. Will the court lower the payments even though he quit the other job willingly? He recently had a third child by another x girlfriend a year ago and is going to try and use that for another reason to lower my child support, will the court go for that?
