What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? OH

My husbands ex is moving out of state it says in there decree that she must file an intent to relocate within 60 days of her move. She sent him by certified mail a copy of what she filed but it wasn't time stamped by the courts. Should he take that as he has been served with the papers. We are yet to receive the documents by the courts on a hearing. She is expected to move June 6. He received her copy of papers on April 20. Which is not 60 days prior. What should he do? Could she be held in contempt? Can he get a restraining order stopping her move with the child and not enrolling her in any other schools until a hearing is heard?

Your husband got notification over a month ago and has done nothing?

At this point, he needs to consult an attorney, like yesterday.
