What is the name of your state?i live in indianaWhat is the name of your state? my x has continued to use my 3yr old daughter as pawn because she is jealous of my new wife. my cs is witheld from my check due to indiana law so she gets her support but she has not been home when i have went to pick up my child since jan 2,2005. i have spent thousands of dollars on lawyers just to get vistation rights because i was never married to the psycho. she has stalked my wife, her bf has threatend us and she constantly dangles the child, if ask for my vacation time her answer maybe you can maybe you cant or if you werent with her you could see your daughter. i am tired of spending thousands of dollars on lawyers because everytime she sees something new she wants to take us back to court to raise my support. i am constantly getting serverd with papers for ridiculus things like modifying visitation pick up and dropoffs you name it. I am currently awaiting a court hearing against her for contempt of my visitations do you have any advice because i do not want to spend more money on lawyers

tell her if she continues to deny you the right to see your daughter,youll have no choice to file for cusotdy.how many times has she been in comtempt,and how many time has she been to court for it? the judge is going to get tired of her crap after awhile.as for the bf,tell him in no uncetain terms that this is between you and the childs mother,and to keep his nose out of it,he has absolutely nothing to say about it.if he continues to make threats,get a restraining order againt him preventing him from callling you and your wife at work and at home.its a shame parents cant think about the kids instead of themselves.if she cant help her daughter maintain a relationship with her father,then she has no damm business having custody.she ought to be ashamed of herself acting like a well you know.
