x-wife tring to move to another state

my x-wife is trying to move to another state without
me knowing whats going on and have been locked up
before and got my child taken by the state for fighting with a police officer in the line of his duty and now she's at it again. what should i do about getting my child? i fear for my childs safety because she fights every one who don't agree to what she want to do. she just got arrested again in a another state at store because they did'nt want to take her check. but the bad thing is she had a two year old child with her that was taken by that state and was held for two weeks before her new husband
found out about it and had to go to that state to get his baby. she needs help but think every one is out to get her
and she puts her children in harms way by not controling herself.
please help me with any information to get my child.

Just trying to bump your post up.

Is there an order of visitation and support in force? If you have visitation you can file a motion with the court asking that the kids not be allowed to move further than a certain amount of miles, like 100.

I hope someone else can help you with this though.
