One of my customers has a yearly membership at our salon with just two months left. I witnessed this customer verbally threaten and abuse one of my employees. I don't forsee this getting resolved, she has already attempted to get her fired by complaining to other employees (at the time, she didn't know I overheard her threats). I have since asked this customer never to return, now she wants a refund for her membership. Do I have to grant her the refund, or did she forfeit it by acting the way she did? We reside in Washington State.
