Hello guys, I live in Sacramento, California, Today while making a right turn at an intersection, Im sure i got photoed, it all happened in a blink of an eye when I looked at the light it was yellow and I didnt stop so I proceeded to make the right turn, it seems that when I was making the turn the light turned red and i got photoed. The vehicle is not registered under my name. My question is when the person that has the vehicle registered under his name gets the citation and goes to court does he need to identify me in court? or identifying himself should be more than enough to get the case dismissed? Thank You.
