 Hi, i was working for someone listing their items on ebay. A coin was sold to an individual, the supplier realized he did not have the coin. The buyer was refunded his money through paypal. The buyer now wants to sue for money he could have made off the coin, plus what the coin's "book" value is. He also wants to sue me for his lawyer fee, and the plane tickets to fly down here. Im in FL he's coming from WA. The coin was sold to him for $300.00 and he wants to go through with all of this. Does he really have a case and is there anything I can do? Appreciate any help!
P.S.
Since he recieved his refund and accepted it will this ruin his case??
He also sent me several emails stating that if i find him a good deal he will not sue me, will that hurt him?

As much as I hate ebay questions, go goolge up "accord & satisfaction" and "novation". Then, the next time the dingleberry calls, tell him to kiss off :)
