Yet another thread about a CS modification

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachusetts

About 3 years ago. My ex and I came to a settlement which allowed her to relocate to NC with our kids. Among other things, we agreed to a child support amount that deviated from the CS guidelines. The amount I pay takes into account varying factors such as travel expenses and health care. Well, mtoday I got notice that she wants to go back to court to have my CS increased.

My question is, will I be able to apply the same calculations as we did last time. Those adjustments were part do the condition under which I allowed the move or will the judge simply apply current MA guidelines and send me on my way?

I still live in Massachusetts but I no longer live in the same county. Can I petition the court to have the venue changed to the family court of the county I now reside in?

Considering you want to emancipate the eldest because he's going to college
(when you should be praising the lord that you're not being hit up for tuition because it's the Naval Academy)...

Well, actually, considering all your many threads recently, my legal advice would be: less is more.

Focus on what your actual goal is, rather than how to manipulate things to your advantage.
Because right now, it's coming across as though you're grasping at straws.
If you have real reasons for not having CS at state guideline levels, then focus on how to prove that those
are still valid reasons, and how to document this. I'm suspecting that health care costs still are a factor,
as are travel costs, and that they may in fact have increased. ;)
