What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona

I have been out of the country and now find out that there is a warrant out for me because of unpaid parking tickets. When I come through customs, are they going to throw me in jail, or will I be able to go to the courthouse later myself to pay this outstanding bill?

So what you are saying is that I cannot come thru customs before I pay it or I go to jail?
