In Wa state if two teens both under 15 get pregnant, what rights do they have regarding the baby?

However, do not make the mistake of thinking this means that the two young parents are now emancipated and can move away from home. They are not and they cannot. The expectant mother, and only the expectant mother, can make decisions with regards to the baby, but HER mother still gets to make decisions about her. And the teen father? Until a court says otherwise, he has no rights at all.
