What is the name of your state? TN
I am residing in the jurisdiction we were married and divorced. The NCP has moved out of jurisdiction. Because of NCP's family being within the court system, is it possible that in the event we have to go back to court, can I request our case to be heard in another county?
Reasoning:
When we went to court in May, My X was higher than I kite, could not hold his eyes open. The judge knew it and told him to get off his witness stand and told him in the court room that he was high. But he still gave him unsupervised visitation. He was suppose to take drug test with a state case against him but again because of family being involved with court system the judge felt he was low risk for drug consumption and waived the drug test. That happened recently. I feel that I don't have a leg to stand on in fighting him if he decides to take me back to court because of his family situation. Can I do anything about this to have it moved to another county in the event that going back to court arises?
