Youth sports coach spewing threats towards kids and vulgar sexual remarks to moms

State of Washington. We have recently had the headcoach of our 6 and 7 year old baseball players team (Cal Ripken Jr baseball league, a division of Babe Ruth sports) throw a major fit in front of the kids and parents. During this fit he used the strongest curse words, at the top of his lungs, yelling at an assistant coaches wife and other kids moms also. At the end of the fit he preceded to, in front of the kids as he was on the pitching mound during batting practice, yell at all the mothers that they could go lick their _______! When this was brought up to the league president and other board members we were assured that the problem would be taken care of. The next day, which was game day, the coach was still on the field. Also, I just found out today that a couple of weeks ago he threatened my own child saying that he would like to take a bat to his skull and later that day said that he wished his bat was a gun with crosshairs pointed at his head, this was all said to the kids on the bench. Again the league refused to do anything. Any ideas?

Yep. I would remove my child from the offending situation. Then, after doing that, I would gather as many signatures from the other parents who witnessed the scene and send them to the League office with a demand for satisfaction. If the league refuses to do anything about this problem, they will not be in place for long.
