I am the president of a youth sports organization that is a non-profit organization. We recently held a fund rasing event at a local bowling alley. At the event, one of our coaches made an inappropriate comment, of a sexual nature, to another coaches wife. The offended party filed a police report, and is now demanding that the offending coach be dismissed from the organization. What liability does the organization have for this coaches behavior?

does the wife work or volunteer for the organization? If no, then the organization does not have to do anything to resolve an issue between two adults.

police report? For what?

Good grief! tell the b***h to grow up and get a life. I've never been in a bowling alley where someone didn't make at least one sexually suggestive comment.

Oh...sorry, lady.

Good Lord!!! "Hey! Get offended or insulted? Don't deal with it yourself. File charges!!!" People need to grow up and stop acting like children running to teacher to tattle. As if the police don't have enough to do.
