The people on the property next to mine have turned it into a first class junk yard. There are at least 13 old cars, 1 old trailer, a huge junk pile which is burned down periodically. He is repairing old cars in the old tin tool shed with faulty wiring. Not only is it drawing rats and roaches, but it is also a fire hazard. Do I have any recourse in this. You can not believe how bad it looks and it is dragging down the value of my property. We live in the country and I do not know what the laws are. Someone told me he had to have a permit if he had three old cars or more. Not only that he has about 5 dogs and I don't know how many cats. I live in Sontag, Mississippi. If you can advise me I will appreciate it.
