The following occurs in California:
Situation: Employer(U.S. Government Contractor) requires of an hourly, non-exempt employee the following:

Situation: Employer(U.S. Government Contractor) requires of an hourly, non-exempt employee the following:
- Reside and remain when off duty, within a one hour commute to work location.
- Carry and monitor company provided pager and mobile phone, subject to recall to work at all times 24 hours, daily. 7 days a week. Weekends and holidays included.
- No compensation is paid for "On Call" time, (while U.S. Government Employee peers receive differential pay for "On Call" time).
