I was injured on the job. I am on my third workers' comp lawyer after letting the first one go and the second one dropped the case. The current lawyer wanted me to go see a specific doctor who had horrible reviews, which I even brought up to his para legal and they said they wouldn't send me to someone they don't trust. The doctor turned out to be a worthless one, and now I am having trouble even getting questions answered and hearing from the lawyer. Can I do anything other than fire the lawyer? If so, what?

You can pick your own doctor for proper treatment and evaluation and submit those records to WC.

If WC wants to verify anything, WC can send you to their own doctor for that.

Why did you think you needed a lawyer in the first place?
