upset in NE

Junior Member
In the state of Nebraska. Carpal Tunnel Release, both hands. Right hand dominant. Grip strength 30 - 50% less in right hand than in left. Continue to have numb fingers, thumb, and muscle weakness in right hand. Also some pain. Dr sent me to have a Functional Capability Eval. (FCE). Report is not finished yet, but person doing the FCE said my Impairment Rating would be about 3%. He did not test my grip or pinch reaching above me head, test my thumb strength, or my sensation except when he poking me with a fishing line. Unemployed since 5/15/2009. Informed supervisor of problems with both hands on or about 4/1/2009. Worked for company for over 5 years. Right hand surgery on November 9, 2009, Left hand surgery on November 23, 2009. Physical Therapy from December 16, 2009 through February 12, 2010. I can not find a Statutory Table to find out if this 3% is sufficient. Does anyone know anything about Nebraska?
