Well, I am going to revert back to my original question because I think that it has gotten lost in the discussion here along the line, DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THE FORMULA IS FOR COMPUTING SPOUSAL SUPPORT IN THE STATE OF VIRGINIA?
As a bystander, I think that the judicial system really needs to be looking closer at this entire spousal support for any state. I mean, women stand up today and holler about equality and they can do whatever a man can do, so why not got off your lazy asses and get a job to support yourself (I am a woman, and I work for a nice salary, but this whole thing pisses me off). There are too many people, mostly men, that have to pay these ludicrous amounts of support to their deadbeat ex-spouses and the men wind up having to file for bankruptcy.
