pennsylvania My boyfriends wife whom he does not live with is taking him to court for spousel support. She is able to work but claims she can not. The reason being she has a few bad "HABBIT'S". She has commited adulrty but how do you prove that. He just launched a new buisness and is barely making it himself. We can not afford an attorney for this matter. her daughter is willing to draw up a sworn statement against her mom. We do not know what to do in this matter. the only reason she is doing this is because he spent over 10,000$$ trying to keep ther house out of forcloser. And is mad because he stopped paying beacause she will not wirk to help pay the bills .what do we do.

Your boyfriend has committed adultery and every dime spent with you/on you is dissipation of marital assets. You need to cross your legs and not keep sleeping with a married man. Wife should get legal counsel and take him for everything she can -- including repayment of every dime he has spent on you during your adulterous affair. How is that?

For your information they have beeen seperated for over 4 yrs. he tried to get a divorce and she wont work with him. All i was doing was asking advise. I am not "cheating with a married man in a happy relationship. You know nothing about me or my situation. For your information she went to the casino and drained his bank account for 50,000 dollars. drug him down the road and has an realy bad drug habbit. Even robbed military graves of there metals . So Don't you tell me to keep my legs shut. Only god can judge and the last time I checked god doesn't type **** on the computer. I am asking advise to help a man who tries and works very hard. I would never mess with a man in a marrige. SO take your rude comments and shuv them. They do not live together and have not for a long time there is no love in that relationship they hate eachother.
