Excluded driver

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pa I have an excluded driver on my auto policy, but my finance company won't allow that. It is my wife and she never had a drivers license. What are my options, they told me I can not have any excluded drivers listed.

Find a different insurance company, or remove the exclusion.

ETA: Another alternative is to find a difference finance company who doesn't have the requirement.

If she doesn't have a license, she shouldn't have to be listed or excluded.
