What would happen if a 16 yr old girl was kicked out by her parents and she went to live at her 18 yr old boyfriend's parent's house in Pennsylvania? Is is legal, and is there any crime being committed? If so, what crimes?

The adults have committed a crime by throwing her out. Now whoever takes her in needs to contact Police right away. If any harm (this includes sexual contact) occurs then the person(s) taking her in could also face charges.

But what if the parents kick her out and commit a crime, and she goes to live with her 18 yr old boyfriend, would her boyfriend be charged with anything, even if nothing bad happens to her, and she just goes there to live because she has no place to go? Wuld she be able to continue to stay with her boyfriend?

Your not paying attention you have nbo legal right to keep her in your home! What you should do is contact Police this protects teh young lady and you! If her parents want her out then let them give you permission for her to stay there!
