What is the name of your state?idaho
A fence is not required in our subdivision, so can you force your neighbors to pay for half of the fence?(we don't want to, the fence company does) what can or should we do about the fence company that hasn't finished the fence yet? It was supposed to be done the 23rd and here it is the 11th. Unfortunatly we already paid him (A brother of a co-worker)

A good source for fencing laws (including common fence laws) is the Farm Bureau in your state.

who's fence is it? who's property is it on? anyway, you state you already paid for the fence and it's not finished. sounds like a problem between you and the fence company.
