What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ohio

What can be expected outcome from a second DUI in 6 years? He blew a .171 this second time. And it was confirmed with another BAL. There was a traffic violation charge along with the OVI charge. By the way this is his 4th OVI. Another was in 1998 and I am unsure when the other was.Just curious as to the possible outcome. A lot of people say since he blew a .171 its a lot more trouble than normally.
Thanks
