I was given my MMI by My doc which was 14% upper body and 8% total body. The IME doc gave me a 15% upper body and never gave a total body %. Now they are going to make me see another doc for another IME. Can they do that. Especially since they have stopped paying me. They said they dont have to pay me since I was MMI by there doc. So why do I have to see another IME doc.
I am getting really frustrated with all the B.S.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
