What is the name of your state? Texas
We purchased a 2 year old truck from a family member and paid to have the extended warranty put in our name. The truck has less than a 100,000 miles and is still under warranty. The injectors have been replaced quite often and Ford cannot tell us what the problem is. What they can tell us is that we are stuck with the truck, the warranty cannot be extended, and because we are not the original owners, they will not offer a special trade in, and tell us we have no rights because we are second owners. The district manager my husband talked to also offered no help or answers to our problem. Any info on such a situation. We think they should have to find the problem since we have a warranty instead of just changing the injectors every time. Soon our warranty will be up and we will have to foot the bill for the replacement of the injectors.
