What is the name of your state? AZ

This might sound dumb, but I'm gonna ask anyway...If you find out that your spouse accesses porn on the internet and visits adult dating websites is that considered cheating??? Is that alone grounds for divorce?

This question has been asked before and the answers were that legally, it is not considered adultery (cheating); depending on your moral beliefs or your 'religious' beliefs, it can be and often is considered cheating.

If you can not tolerate this behavior because you feel that your husband is cheating on you, the law allows you to terminate your marriage through divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences, or such.
