What is the name of your state? Maryland

The owners of my very large apartment complex have a prospective buyer who is inspecting the apartments. For the past month, each Friday we receive a notice that our apartment will be inspected sometime during the next week. From what I can find concerning ll/tenant laws in Maryland, "adequate" notice is required. Would this qualify?

Honestly, I wouldn't have a problem if they sent me a notice that said, "On Tuesday we will inspect you," but, "sometime over the next 30 days" doesn't cut it.

No , ordinarily , it's upon 24 hr. notice .

Look up your state's LL tenant law or guidelines , then sent the NEW owners a return receipt Certified Letter , that You demand a Lawful notice , and cite the Law .

If they do not abide by it , you are under no obligation to let them in .

I have a LL ? able , Agent , that feels like He does not have to oblige the Laws .

Anyways If they do not hassle you much , accommodate a Few violations , I do .
