What is the name of your state?TN

soon to be ex is saying I was involved in Adultery..I was seen at a co workers house (female). But nothing went on..What kind of proof will my soon to be ex need to prove this. My wife split after seeing my car at the co workers..My wife and I patched things up and she moved back in. Then we had a fight about her getting a job, so instead of getting a job she walked out and called the her lawyer to file suit against me for Adultery. Can see do this when the true reason was over a job?
