What is the name of your state? kentucky

just want alittle advice on a comment from anyone else that has gone through this, my daughters tooth was knocked out accidently by my neighbors boy, their insurance has been paying the bills ever though they nolonger have insurance with them. at first they said that they would pay the bills no matter the cost or the time frame, now they say that there is a 2000.00 limit and when she is 19 it stops anyway, which will happen in 4 month. she is having a implant and it is a long and costly. was just wanting to know if they are right on what they are telling me and also if my daughter can sue this company for pain and suffering.
