What makes you think they need signs advising that the aircraft are watching you? Have you ever seen a sign that says you may be observed or paced by an officer in a squad car?

In case you haven't noticed EVERY speed limit sign states "Radar Enforced" which would let you know there is a possibility of a squad car using radar on you. In some places on certain raodways you will find sign that state " Speed Enforced by Aircraft" for a good example of this try driving out HWY 99, Hwy 65, or I-5.

That's not true, in CA. SOME signs may state that - in many places it is a seperate sign - particularly on county and city roads.

In my county the judges want to know that such a sign is posted or they won't enforce the radar laws ... it's a quirk of our local judiciary.
