If you are not a moderator, I would like a moderator to address the matter. I just want to know what they consider advertising.

Moburkes, an aol email addy is just as generic as a yahoo or hotmail addy. If the moderator has a problem with the the moderator will address it.

That is simply not true. It contained my email address.

He's had the information on his sig since the beginning. I don't see a problem with it on the forum, unless the moderator(s) have a problem with it. I am uncertain of the wisdom of any person in the forum identifying themselves as an attorney or any person who can be identified by the IRS as a person who can practice in front of them providing written advice on tax matters (without appropriate disclaimers), but those are completely different issues.
